How long does the whole service take?

Can I clean the heat exchanger myself?
In theory, some models give you front access to the exchanger. In practice, DIY cleaning only reaches the surface — it doesn’t remove the deposits between the fins. Effective cleaning needs the appliance dismantled and professional products.
Do you offer a warranty on the cleaning service?
Yes. The cleaning service comes with a 12-month workmanship warranty.
Do you only service heat-pump dryers?
Heat-pump dryers are our speciality — that’s where cleaning has the biggest effect. We also clean classic condenser dryers (the scope and price may differ; we agree those individually).
