§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DATA CONTROLLER

The controller of personal data collected through the Website is the company: AGD ASSISTANCE DAMIAN MĘDRALA ARTUR MAZUR SPÓŁKA JAWNA with its registered office at: ul. Rolników 194, 44-141 Gliwice, entered in the register of entrepreneurs, holding NIP number: 6312738440, e-mail address: agd.assistance.sj@gmail.com.

Personal data collected by the Controller through the website is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

§2. PURPOSE, SCOPE AND PERIOD OF DATA PROCESSING

The Controller processes Users' personal data for the following purposes:

  • Performance of the Repair Service: Data (first name, surname, home address/address where the service is to be performed, telephone number, e-mail address) provided in the contact form is necessary to accept the request, enable the technician to reach the customer, and carry out the repair of household appliances (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract). This data is stored for the period necessary to complete the service and for the duration of the warranty for the service performed.
  • Accounting: If an invoice is issued, we process the data necessary to issue it (NIP, company name, address). This data is stored for a period of 5 years, counted from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in connection with Article 70 of the Polish Tax Ordinance).
  • Marketing and Analytics: We use analytical and marketing tools provided by Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Facebook, Instagram), which may collect data about user behavior on the website (e.g. form submission) in order to improve our services and target personalized advertisements.

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide the data required to perform the repair service (contact and address details) will make it impossible to accept the request and carry out the repair.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

To the extent necessary, the User's personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Controller, including:

  • Service technicians and employees carrying out repairs in the field.
  • The company providing accounting services.
  • The hosting and IT services provider.
  • Marketing and analytics service providers, such as Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited – within the scope of data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

§4. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

You have the right to:
  • Access your data.
  • Rectify it (correct it).
  • Delete your data (the “right to be forgotten”), provided that this does not conflict with legal obligations (e.g. tax obligations).
  • Restrict processing.
  • Withdraw consent to processing at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

§5. COOKIES AND EXTERNAL TOOLS

The website uses Cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser software on the user's computer.The Website uses Cookies and other tracking technologies for the following purposes:

  • Technical: necessary for the proper functioning of the website.
  • Analytical: (e.g. Google Analytics) for creating statistics that help us understand how Users use the website, which enables us to improve its structure and content.
  • Marketing: (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads using the Meta Pixel) in order to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns conducted in Google services, as well as on Facebook and Instagram, and to display advertisements tailored to the User's preferences (so-called remarketing). Submission of the contact form may be recorded by these tools in order to optimize advertising activities.

§6. SECURITY

The Controller applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data and, in particular, protects the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons (SSL encryption).
