What affects the final quote?
Type of fault
simple faults (e.g. heating element replacement) are cheaper. Complex breakdowns (e.g. bearing replacement in a glued tub) take more time and call for specialist parts.
Brand and model
some parts for premium brands (Miele, Siemens, AEG, Bosch) are more expensive or harder to source. Lead times can also be longer.
Replacement parts
we use original manufacturer parts or high-grade certified replacements. The price difference between the two can be significant.
Location
Call-outs across Silesia and the Opole region are included in the repair price. Trips outside the region may carry an extra fee (agreed individually before the visit).

Why choose a repair service with transparent pricing?
On the home appliance repair market you'll often see "free diagnosis" — only to find out the repair costs PLN 1,500, with parts on top. With us it's different.
Quote before any work
The technician gives you a full quote before any work starts. You decide whether you're happy with the cost.
No hidden fees
The price covers the call-out, diagnosis and labour. Parts are charged separately, always with a clear breakdown of the amount.
Fair cancellation
If you decide not to proceed after the diagnosis, we charge PLN 200 for the call-out and assessment. No extra costs.
Frequently asked questions about pricing
Does the price include the cost of parts?
Yes — the price includes parts, but it’s indicative. We give you a precise quote after the on-site diagnosis.
Why is the diagnosis only free if you go ahead with the repair?
Because we treat the diagnosis as part of the repair process. If you’re using the full service, we don’t charge for the inspection. If you decide not to, we still need to cover our time and travel.
Can I pay by card?
Yes — we accept card payments, BLIK and standard bank transfer.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes — we issue VAT invoices for both individuals and businesses.
Are prices negotiable?
Our prices are fair and reflect the market value of the service. We don’t negotiate one-off prices, but we offer special terms to property management companies and insurance brokers we work with.
What if the fault comes back after the repair?
Every repair is covered by a 12-month warranty. During the warranty period we come back free of charge.
