Where can I find it?

The rating plate is a silver or white sticker containing technical specifications. We need this information to ensure we bring the correct spare parts for your specific model.

  • Washing MachineUsually located on the back of the machine, inside the door, or on the door frame. If it’s not there, check the filter flap (at the bottom front). The exact location depends on the manufacturer and model.
  • DishwasherUsually found on the edge of the door (top or side), visible once the dishwasher is opened. The location may vary depending on the brand.
  • OvenTypically located inside the oven cavity on the side wall. You may need to remove the bottom drawer or the side racks to see it. It can also be found on the door frame. The exact location depends on the model.
  • Coffee MachineUsually on the underside of the machine or on the side panel near the water tank. On some models, it may be hidden behind the coffee grounds container or the service door.
