Typical coffee machine fault symptoms
Recognise your problem? We deal with every one of the symptoms below on a daily basis.
Coffee tastes odd
If the drink has lost its aroma or tastes too sour, the brewing unit is usually dirty. We'll bring back the depth of flavour in your favourite coffee.
Weak milk frothing
Frothing problems usually point to a leak in the air-injection circuit or a clogged nozzle. We'll clean the milk system and check the steam generator.
Error message
Jammed grinder, generic error or "no water" warning despite a full tank? We'll quickly diagnose the electronics and clear the system errors.
Leaking water
Water somewhere it shouldn't be means the seals are worn. We'll seal the appliance up before the moisture damages the electronics.
Coffee flows slowly
Weak flow points to a clogged screen, a scaled-up boiler or a worn pump. We'll clear the entire pressure circuit.
Loud grinder
Strange noises or grinding "dry" usually means the burrs are blocked. We'll readjust the mechanism or replace worn drive components.

What our customers say
Frequently asked questions about coffee machine repairs
How much does a coffee machine repair cost?
Typical repairs start at PLN 350. A professional descaling and full service comes to PLN 350. We give you an exact quote after the diagnosis.
Which coffee machine brands do you service?
All popular brands, including De’Longhi, Jura, Saeco, Siemens, Bosch, Krups, Philips, Nivona, Melitta and Miele.
How often should I descale my machine?
We recommend descaling every 6 to 12 months, depending on water hardness and how often you use the machine. If your machine is asking to be descaled every 2 months, the water in your area is very hard.
Is descaling enough, or does the brewing unit need cleaning too?
Regular descaling deals with scale build-up in the boiler and pump. The brewing unit needs separate mechanical cleaning (in bean-to-cup machines, usually every 2 to 3 weeks; once a year a thorough service is worth doing).
My machine is showing a generic error. What does it mean?
It’s a message that can have many causes: a clogged brewing unit, a failed pump, a problem with the electronics. We’ll give you a precise diagnosis once we hook up our diagnostic equipment.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes — for both individuals and businesses.
