Bearing and drum-spider replacement
Does your washing machine sound like a jet engine, leave rust marks on the laundry, or knock the drum against the casing? These are classic symptoms of worn bearings or a cracked drum spider. We're one of the few workshops in the region that can also regenerate factory-glued, "non-openable" tubs that others write off as unrepairable.

Symptoms of worn bearings and drum spiders
Has your washing machine started sounding like a jet on take-off? Don't ignore the warning signs. Worn bearings can lead to far more serious damage.
Loud operation
Roaring, grinding or metallic sounds during the spin cycle. The classic sign of worn bearings in the wash unit.
Water leaks
Localised around the drum, often with a rusty tinge. A sign that the shaft seal is no longer protecting the bearing.
Excessive vibration
The appliance becomes unstable, jumps and walks across the floor. Ignoring it for too long risks damaging other components.
Rust on laundry
The shaft seal stops protecting the bearing. Rust from the worn-out part ends up straight on your laundry.
Drum knocking
A symptom of a cracked or corroded drum spider. Critical condition. Continued use risks destroying the entire tub.
Drum jammed
In the worst cases the bearing seizes completely and the machine won't budge. Urgent intervention required.
Bearing replacement
Using a precise plastic-cutting and welding technique, we replace the bearings in any washing machine model — including those with factory-glued (non-openable) tubs. It's several times cheaper than buying a new wash unit, and just as durable.
We only use top-grade bearings and shaft seals, so the machine runs quietly for years to come.

Drum spider replacement
A cracked or corroded drum spider is one of the most serious washing machine faults. It shows up as heavy drum knocking and risks destroying the entire tub. We specialise in saving washing machines with this kind of fault.
As part of the service we strip the drum down, remove what's left of the old spider and fit a brand-new factory part. Each time, we also check the condition of the shaft and the bearing seats.
We restore full drum stability even in models where the drive assembly is officially non-replaceable, saving you the cost of a whole new washing machine.

We also repair sealed (glued) tubs
We're one of the few workshops in the region that professionally repair every type of washing machine tub — including the factory-glued ones that others write off as unrepairable.
Thanks to a modern, durable plastic-welding technique we can replace the bearings in any washing machine model. It's far cheaper than swapping out the whole expensive wash unit.
Bearing replacement is a complex operation, which is why we carry out most jobs of this kind at our workshop. Every service we perform comes with a written warranty.
Why replace the bearings rather than buy a new washing machine?
Our team of technicians has the know-how, tools and parts to service every component in your washing machine.
Savings
A new mid-range washing machine costs around PLN 2,000 to 3,500. Bearing replacement starts at PLN 350. The difference speaks for itself.
Durability
When the job is done properly, the bearings last 8 to 12 years — comparable to a factory-fresh washing machine.
Sustainability
Every washing machine we repair is one less appliance heading to landfill. You also avoid the energy-heavy production of a new unit.
Familiar appliance
You keep the washing machine whose programmes and controls you already know. No need to learn a new appliance from scratch.
What our customers say
Frequently asked questions
How can I be sure it's the bearings?
The classic signs are roaring during the spin, rust marks on laundry, leaks around the drum and heavy vibration. If you’re not sure, we’ll diagnose the appliance over the phone or on site.
Is every washing machine a candidate for bearing replacement?
Technically, yes. In practice it depends on the age of the machine. If the appliance is over 10 years old, it’s worth weighing up whether the investment makes sense. We’ll advise you after taking a look.
What is a sealed (glued) tub?
It’s a tub factory-glued from two halves that the manufacturer didn’t intend to be opened. Most repair shops won’t touch washing machines like this. We cut the tub open, replace the bearings and weld it back together — with a guaranteed seal.
How long does the whole repair take?
For the workshop option, usually 2 to 5 business days. Sometimes longer if parts have to be brought in from abroad.
Do you offer a warranty on bearing replacement?
Yes. We give you a written one-year warranty on the service.
Can I deliver the washing machine to the workshop myself?
Yes — by prior appointment. In that case the transport cost is waived.
Got a noisy washing machine on your hands?
Don't wait for the fault to get worse. A cracked drum spider will destroy the drum, and a leaking bearing will damage the electronics. Get in touch with us.
