The experience I’ve gained over the years allows me to accurately diagnose faults, efficiently fix breakdowns, and share my knowledge with those I work with.

I met Damian five years ago, and he showed me that appliance service is about more than just fixing equipment - it’s primarily about providing real help to people in sudden household emergencies. Today, we are growing our mobile appliance service in Southern Poland together, offering our customers professional service, fast diagnostics, and effective repairs for home appliances.

Our story began more than a decade ago in a small workshop next to the house. With every appliance repaired, our experience grew, along with the number of happy customers.
Today, Assistance AGD is a thriving mobile repair service, supporting hundreds of households across Silesia and the Opole region. We keep training to stay ahead of the latest appliance technologies: heat pumps in dryers, smart modules in washing machines and advanced electronics in coffee machines.
