How much does the diagnosis cost?
The diagnosis is free if you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to, the call-out and diagnosis fee is PLN 200.
How quickly can you come?
In most cases we come the same or the next business day. On weekends we work Saturdays until 2 PM.

What warranty do you offer on repairs?

Yes — we issue VAT invoices on request, both for individuals and for businesses.
What if the appliance can't be repaired?
You’ll receive a written technical report stating that the repair isn’t economical. The document is accepted by insurers in total-loss claim procedures.
